Language Phone LLC provides interpretation and translation services, including on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting. The specific terms of service will be outlined in individual agreements between Language Phone LLC and the client (“Client”).

2. Payment Terms

All fees for services will be agreed upon prior to service delivery. Payments must be made according to the terms stated in the contract between the Client and Language Phone LLC.

3. Confidentiality

Language Phone LLC and its interpreters will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during interpreting assignments. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any information or materials provided to us are lawful and do not violate third-party rights.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and professional services, Language Phone LLC cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or delays. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and translations provided by Language Phone LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
